a gel like thing is coming out from pimples formed on the pennis and testis and it is itching and paining very much even it get stick to drayer some times , before the pennis head it swelling very much i dont know what is this problemplease iam very much worried if any one experienced

Considering you have so many negative symptoms, I would suggest you saw an urologist. It is hard to say what it could be but if you have a discharge from bump on penis and testicles together with itching, it could be genital herpes.

Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease that a person can catch during sexual activity as well as from just rubbing against the skin of the person infected. The bumps a person develops may ooze clear discharge and herpes can be itchy but it is rarely painful.

You didn’t say anything about having unprotected sexual intercourses but swelling can also be due to fungal infection which is not necessarily a sexually transmitted disease.

If the gel is white and thick and you have been squeezing, you could have infected sebaceous cysts that are normal appearance o penis and testicles. But if you squeezed them too much, and left some cuts on the surface, bacteria could have settled in and caused an infection. .

You need to see a professional to figure this out.
