genital pimples uncircumcised

i am 15 and am not sexually active i have these pimples i guess? on my penis, balls, and scrotum area i am uncircumcised and they are everywhere in those areas they are skin color and sometimes i can pop them like a normal pimple i asked my doctor and he said its just from maybe sweating or sumthing i take showers everyday so i have no idea what to do, please help me, how do i get rid of them?

I have the same problem although i m circumsized, i too am 15 although going on sixteen. I take showers everyday sometimes twice a day. If i have Phy. Ed. I have pimples going down my back from my neck the usual sweating places. Iv only had two pimples down there. My parents think it is just from sweating. Im over weight but im tall so im not sure either. But my parents say try sleeping without underwear that might help the sweating problem.
