iv got a few problems iv just turned 18 if that helpsand ive always been a bit of a hypocondriac lol...well first of all since when i was the age of about 13 (just a guess) ive had worm type things on my left testicle and swollen with vein type things on the testicle my right one is fine ....another thing is the head of my penis is wierd,the rim of it is blue and the middle is red,what does this mean ?and another problem which has scared me is in the last cupple of days im sure i hav a discharge from my penis its jus plain n sometimes gives a little smell,but its only a tiny bit when i say tiny bit i have to squeeze my penis to get it out of the end...so thers 3 questions and im desprate for help !! thx x

I cannot help you myself with this. All I can say is to go to a Doctor, and good luck. Don't be scared of them either, they see things like that everyday, it is there job and what they do.

hey, i turned 13 around sep but i have always had this problem. or realised it when i was about 11. when i pull my foreskin back i dont really have any problems except, half way between the head and the top of my penis it is attached to my skin, and a little on the top. and i am getting more and more sexually attractive with the gilrs i know. i am scared and dont know what to do ( please forgive my bad spelling ... and im sorry this is on a relply but if you are replying to this, please say to need help. thanks guys

Young brother I think your problenm is like you said, you're somewhat of a hypochondriac and are trying to make something out of everything you see.

The worm like things on your testicles are probably just your veins. Many men including myself have unusual vein patterns on their scrotal sac that might look like something else.

As for the coloring of your penis, a blue rim at the base of the head with reddish coloring of the head, be proud of that.. It may be a little different, but some men have blue penises due to the effect of the blood that enters the penis when erect and when not erect.

Then, I believe if any guy were to squeeze the head of his penis hard enough he'd get a small amount of fluid to come out. I do think everything is normal with you.

The worm things is varicose veins on your testicles. Basically it's because the veins that take blood from your testes back up to your heart don't have strong enough valves and so the blood pools in the veins of your testicles.

There is an operation you can have to burn the vein away basically and it doesn't affect bloodflow cos there are lots of veins providing blood down there.

Discharge might be an STD or possibly Thrush (which you can get just by being run down, don't need to have sex to pick it up). Natural Yogurt spread on head of penis is a cure. Can get a cream from Pharmacy. Should probably get an appointment at a GU Clinic (Genitourinary) where a specialist can do swabs and give you the OK. It's not scary, really!

The rim of the penis is always a purple-blue and the middle a pinkish-red. Totally normal. It can get a more pronounced red if you have Thrush or masturbate too often, but then at 18 you're probably doing that quite a lot!

If you masturbate too much you will also find you can have an orgasm and not actually cum, so you might have that issue. A white-ish liquid is the seminal fluid surrounding semen to protect it from the urine in a woman's vagina.
