hope someone can help me. I am scared. I have read numerous stuff online about safer sex and still have doubts. I do use condoms when I have sex with someone, but sometimes the guy would rub his penis on the outside of my vagina, but don't penetrate with out a condom; how much of a risk to contracting the hiv virus at that point. This happended about over 3 months ago, and now I have nausea, and some fever here and there and itching hands and they are flaky and peeling. some say it could be ecema. please help me

HIV usually doesn't have any symptoms for years until it turns into AIDS. There is a risk of getting other STIs from genital rubbing.
Your hands do sound like some form of dermititis. You can ask at a pharmacy for a cream for them eg savlon
