I have big problem with eating and with my look. I am trying to become thinner and everyone is trying to tell me that I am too thin already. I feel quilt every time I miss the exercise. I tend to exhaust myself. Everyone say that I have anorexia. I think also that I need help. Where can I get it?

It is excellent that you have realized the situation in which you are. Also it is very important to have enormous support from your family and friends. First you should do is to go to see your doctor. He will determine the best course of actions. You should also visit psychiatrist to avoid some consequences. There are special institutions for dealing with your condition but I think that it will not be necessary because of you awareness of situation.
