getting lower back pains bad and left abdominal pains

hi im getting bad lower back pains and bad left abdomninal pains what could this be thanks

hi

i was wondering if you were able to find an answer to your abd. and back pain. I am experiencing the same symptoms but i do feel like a sharp pain on my right abd. once in a blue moon. mostly though is my left. Sometimes i think im just imagining things but it took my like over a yr to realize that this is not normal. Im going thru some tests right now and im so afraid of my results. When i went to my doctors for a physical i told her about my abd. pain. I also tend to urinate more the 2 times a night which i never did and i really dont even drink alot of fluids...sometimes i get the cramps after im finished urinating but sometimes i dont. this is so weird its so hard to explain because its not always i feel pain and sometimes its there and goes away quick other times it will last for like an hr...any one knows what causes this to happen?

another question... does anyone experience sharp pain for like 5 secs around their bodies? leg, arm, chest, head?
