I have been on Methadone for the past 4 years, 10-15 milligrams per day. I have to get off now and does anyone have any advice on how to deal with withdrawls and how long long they last? Also, the reason I am getting off is b/c I am tired of being chained down this, worrying where I will get my next few pills, the money, and many other reasons. I got a job offer with an awesome company that I can't pass up but I have to pass a drug screen. How long does it take to get out of your system with that dosage and any advice on getting it out faster??? I will be having the drug screen within a week and I took my last 10 mg yesterday. I really need help, I am going crazy wanting Methadone and worrying about this drug screen. I will be sooo disappointed in myself if I mess this up. Do employers test for Methadone??? I have heard yes and no. If anyone out there can help, please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
