I'm sixteen, and I weigh two hundred twenty pounds [I'm 6']. I've recently started trying to keep my calorie intake at about 2000, and I've been trying to do a lot more excercise than usual
I'm hoping to reach 180 lbs by the end of August.
Does this seem like an appropriate goal to work towards?
