going off trileptal causing strange menstral cycle

For the first time in my life I am experiencing this strange menstrual cycle. And it is happening now, when I finally decided to be a mom. Beside, I am going off trileptal (had no seizures for couple years) and think that trilaptal is causing this. Is it ok? Should I see my gyn?

Yes, you should see your gyn, as soon as possible! I dont know how old are you, and how much time you have for getting pregnant, but, beside that, your health is important too. I am not sure about trilepal, but I heard that other anticonvulsants can cause strange menstrual cycles. Check why this happening is and what to do about it.
