Hi, I am 26 years old and I have problems with spotting from time to time. It happened several times that I found spots on my underwear several days after my period was finished. I would like to know what hormones I may take to stop spotting. I hope someone had similar experience. Thanx.
Hi, basically there are two hormones which are important to stop spotting or smaller bleeding. The first one is estrogen and the other one is progesterone. However it is not enough to just take this pills but you have to take it regularly and even more you would take it every day in the same time. This will give proper concentration of hormones in your blood which will stop spotting.
