got period, now spotting... not on pill

I just finished my period about a week ago, and 3 days ago i had sex and the condom broke. the next day i started dark brown spotting, and it won't go away. Could pregnancy or an STD show up that quickly? I have only had sex with one person for the last 2 years... i have had a very upset stoumach also, could that affect my period?
