I like to try different types of exercises and I am always trying something new. Now I have really "found it". I have troubles with grip variations when I do bench press. Every time when my grip is closer I feel pain in my arms. I have tried it more then once and the pain continues to appear. Can you tell why that is?

I am not sure but I can guess. When you use narrow grip you work inner chest muscles. Also then your hands are more loaded and if you use same weight you use with width grip it could cause pain in the arms. Or you have some kind of an injury. Consult some trainer.
