I am confused, for the past year 5 or 6 of my periods have had a gush of water or fluid which soaks at least 2 pads followed by sever bleeding and cramping. I have been through at least 4 pads in 1 hour because of severe bleeding and clotting although my husband and i don't use any protection and i am not on the pill, i have only ever been a week late for my menstrual cycle, is this a miscarriage?? please help.
