Hi, my father is 57 years old. He had episodes of dizziness and vertigo in few last months. When he went to see the doctor he told him to do MRA and after that he will tell him what therapy he will use. I would like to know what MRA is.

MRA is method which takes pictures of blood vessels in someone's head. It uses contrast to get clearer picture of blood vessels in head of the patient. I guess that doctor suspected there is some problem with blood vessels in your father's head and it might cause vertigo.
Small leaking of blood from minor arteries may cause such disorder.
