hair loss and weight loss

i have lost over a stone in weight in three months even though i am always hungry!! and have gone from a size 10-12 to a size 8 i used to have really thick hair hair and now is getting very thin it falls out evey time i wash or brush it my memory seems to be getting worse also i am 28 years old

i would love to know the answer to that question. I am 24 years old with the exact same symptoms. Rapid weight loss going from size 12-14 to 4-6 and hair loss as well as memory and a couple other symptoms. . Ive also done alot of research online about my symptoms and thyroid and diabetes keep popping up. Im also recently awaiting my blood work results If someone could answer the previous question it would be very appreciated.
