| Hello. I am a 42 years old man, and I have gone really out of shape during the last few years. I have started to jog these days, and I noticed that I am not for the trash can yet. So I decided that I want to attend next half marathon. Do you know a good way for me to prepare myself. Maybe some training program? Thanks in front. |

| That's great. I would like to keep fit when I am 42 years old. Keep it slow, and advance slowly. You are not a kid anymore, so you have to compensate with brains. Very important: eat good in months ahead before the marathon. If you want to be fit, you have to be healthy. And remember to keep hydrated during the race, that is very important. Good luck, and may you be first! |
