Hi, I am 27 years old male and I am working as manager for one big company. In the last several weeks I have noticed that my hands are sweating when I am on business meeting. I don't know it my hands were sweating before but now it is very obvious. I don't know what may be the reason so if someone had similar experiences please share it with me.

Hi, sweating of your hands may be caused by tension you are feeling while you are on the business meetings. It is very frequent reaction on stress or tensed situations. Also anxiety may cause such reaction. If it doesn't bother you too much you don't have to use any medications. If you want to get rid of it you may try valerian drops which will make you feel calmer.
