I have a hard lump for over a year on the sole of my foot
It is growing bigger
what could it be?

I just got one too. On Web MD it said it may be an abcess, it needs to be cut open and drained. Sounds painful.

I had a lump on my foot that turned out to be scar tissue. It did get bigger, but I could move it around a bit.
