Hi, I am 49 years old woman, and I have a serious problem with hard stools. No matter what I eat and drink, I always have constipation. Any suggestions why is this happening?

Hi, I suffered from constipation too. In my case, stress and lack of fluids were causing hard stools. I was sick and tired of living like that, and I gave my best to cure. I started drinking 2 l noncarbonated water a day, and I didn’t let anyone upset me any more. I changed my routine, started eating healthier and running every other evening. I can tell you, it helped more then I expected. I don’t have hard stools any more, and many other problems disappeared as well. If you don’t know why you have hard stools, try first with changing your lifestyle, but be persistent! If it doesn’t help, there are some other possible causes you might consider, like menopause, medicines or IBS.
