hard tissue, did i miscarage

for the past month or so i have been feeling really naushis and my chest has been very tender i thought i was pregnant then i started my period, i have been having really bad lower back pain to the point of crying then today when i was "taking care of business" tissue about the size of a quarter came out it was kinda hard and i don't know what it could be?
