im 20, im pretty healthy i guess, ive never really had any serious physical problems.
i am abit over weight but im an active person.
lately i have been waking up at night with a really tight chest. and breathing is hard. it hurts to breath in when this happens, and i begin burping ALOT until i feel im nearly going to be sick.
people have told me that its just trapt air. but it really hurts and it panics me as my breathing becomes very short and tough. and my chest feels really tight.
im a very nervous person so all thoughts go through my mind of heart attacks and my lung collapsing, which is probably crazy but as i said... i get very nervous.
does anyone else have this problem? or know what it could be?
