has anybody gone for liposuction on the abdomen?

My doctor just did a lipo on my stomach and transplant that extra fat to my buttocks. Yet I see that after a week my stomach looks about the same, except for the pain and the bruises. Embarassed My butt looks a bit better than before but definitely is not what I expected for the price.

Will my stomach and waist look thinner after the swelling goes away or I should be seeing results after a week of the surgery?
Please help.
