has anyone tried the idiot proof diet?

my husband and i both are on this "diet" and yes it does work we are in our 2nd eleven days, my husband has lost 35 lbs and i have lost 11 i started out at 151# and he was 295 very easy to follow and not a scam as far as i can tell

HI..Ok, so I finally gave in and decided to try this diet. This is only day one so far. I've had 2 meals. Now I have diarrhea? Could it be related? Confused

I'm starting this tomorrow morning, I downloaded the book and bookmarked the site to log in at, already have my groceries and my menus for the next 11 days. Wish me luck! Smile

my husband and I have been doing this diet....very easy to follow and great results......we've tried several diets and this one seems to be the easiest and most successful!!!!!
