Hey everybody! Stop complaining about every little quirk on this diet and JUST TRY IT!! I have been on many reputable diet plans. Some successful, and some not! What works for one may not for another! your only choice is to just try it! As for the website, maybe the reason it is so cheap is because they are keeping costs affordable by not having live chats and phone calls-Which all costs more money!!. As for the food, it is all healthy and nutritious! -nothing bad for you here. -just remember, no diet plan is going to please your every desire!! That's why they call it dieting! -It takes work and may not always be pleasant! It all comes down to how bad you want to lose !!-think of it as you would any medical condition- You have to swallow the medicine to get well, while it is not always pleasant!!

Welllll...all healthy and nutritious?? I wouldnt say so! I've just finished my first 11 days and I can honestly say, I've never eaten so many eggs and bacon in my life! Bacon is NOT healthy..and arent too many eggs bad for cholesterol? I've had a lot of lunch meat too which is high in sodium. I just dont get it! I also didnt lose the 9 promised pounds...I lost 4 lbs. I am disappointed.

Hey Blonde-ambition. Don't worry. For some of us it can be a bit slow in the beginning, but it picks up. I started this diet after I read a review about at squidoo.com/fatloss4idiotsdiet
For anyone who is interested in learning about this program, I suggest reading this review.

I've been reading through some of these posts and noticed people keep saying how much weight they lost but none give us the weight they started at. I was wondering if this diet works best for a certain weight type? example... the heavier you are the better it will work?

I'm 5'7 and weighed in at 176.5 lbs when i started the diet 14 days ago. On my 11th day I had lost the 9 lbs the diet promised, and i gained back 1 lbs on my three cheat days which consisted of foods such as MickyD's, Milk Shake, steak. (figured if i'm allowed to cheat, might as well cheat to the best of my ability. Laughing (i did follow the rules of only 4 meals a day and stop when you're satisfied)

So i'm back on the diet again today ... cycle 2 as they call it, and i'm weighing in at 168.5 lbs. Will see how this week goes, and will update my progress after this cycle. I'm hoping to lose 30-40 lbs... but skepticism is showing it's ugly head. It just sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Wish me luck guys!!!!

Hello to everyone, i have not tried this diet yet, even though i have read many positive feedbacks im concerned about the negative ones... i have tried "miracle" diet pills, "miracle" diets, but at the end i gain the weight back. i know all bodies are different and this might work for some people but not for others... as per as what i ve read about this diet, the "new thing" is the time u eat everyday, is that correct? do we have to eat in different times each day? can anyone tell me please...
thanks

This diet suggests you eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I was eating about every 3 - 3 1/2 hours. I have fallen off the wagon...again! I just got so bored on this diet. I tried to tell myself its only for a short while...I did ok for about the first 8 days...then I just got incredibly bored. I am 5'2 and weighed 154 lbs when I started this diet. I didnt complete the full 11 days...I went for 10 days. The 11th day fell on Mothers Day and I went out for brunch! So I didnt completely follow this diet to the letter. I had 4 cheat days and not 3. And I havent 'officially' started another 11 days. I had pizza tonight...oops! I lost close to 5 lbs in the 10 days. Which I guess is good, but not even close to the 9 that were promised. Im pretty sure if I went one extra day, I wouldnt have lost 4 more pounds. So, I do plan to start this again and try and be more diligent...talk myself out of my boredom. I also didnt walk as much as I should have...nor could I consume the vast amounts of water they want you to drink on this diet. I really wanted to lose 20 lbs by the end of June..at this rate, I dont think its going to happen for me. Maybe I'll try again in a day or two...I have to go grocery shopping first.
As for 'miracles'...Im afraid there are none. To lose weight, you have to do all the right things...eat well, exercise and avoid fast foods and fatty foods. Its easier said than done though. UGH!
Good luck if you try this diet...let us know how you make out!

I just finished my first 11 days and lost 15 lbs. It was easy to follow. You were able to pick food that you actually like so of course that made it much easier. I am very happy with.
