| I've read many of the entries here and am pretty sure I'm going to try it. At 5'7" and 225 lbs. I figure, "What have I got to loose?!?" (Ahem, about 50 lbs. the way I see it.) Will let you know how it goes. |

| Hi!! I read the posts here and decided to give this a try. I lost 6 lbs. after 11 days and gained 1 on my cheat days off. I started on a Monday so I always have Fri. Sat. Sun. every other week to cheat on. It is boring but I will stick to it till I lose 15 lbs. It seems a lot of people want to lose a lot of weight over night. 20 lbs. by June? Get real! We used to be happy to lose 2 lbs. a week and that is all we should expect to lose so when I dropped 6 lbs. in less than 2 weeks I was thrilled. I modified the diet a wee bit. I didn't use diet dressing or mayo but used the real stuff sparingly. I had steak (small, small piece) on beef day so I could eat with the family and still stay within the limits of the diet. I started the next 11 day cycle yesterday and this one will be interrupted with a wedding on Fri. I plan on taking Fri off this week and eating the diet plan next week Fri. So my 3 days off will be split up...one this week and Sat. Sun next week still totaling 3 cheat days. I'll let you know how that works. I want to lose 20 lbs total and I am willing to take the time it takes. later! |
I just got a copy of the idiot proof diet.
It souds quite easy to follow and you get to eat a fair amount of food, which is great because as most people would know when you're following diet plans you always seem to be hungry.
I'm starting this diet tomorrow so I will keep you all informed as to how well it works
could you somehow get me a copy of the idiot proop diet somehow, if so write back |

Like any diet, it works if you stick with it. Some diets are easier to stay with; others you get so famished that you end up cheating. I liked this one because it advocates eating 4x daily. That i could live with, plus principals of the diet made sense to me.
FYI, Weight Watchers worked for me also. good luck |

| I am one day short of finishing 2 cycles and I have only lost 6lbs. It is now quite discuraging. I think I'll quit this. It was a waste of money. I will lose the weight but not on this diet. I can't see eating shrimp and sausage. That was suggested as a 'meal'. I think not!! Another meal was green beans and green veggies.....come on! Oh yeah! How about cashews and peanuts as a 'meal'. Back to the old tried and true food groups with portion control. Good luck out there. This diet stinks! |

| The people who responded here as JENNY and GUESTS sound way too formal and are really pushing for us to buy this diet, making me think they work for the program, or get commission, or are the owners, etc. The other people who are inquiring about it and are going to try the diet sound real, so please DO post your own experiences! |
