I've read such good things from everyone about this plan, but I'm concerned about one thing... I HATE nuts! Are there enough options that I don't have to worry about? I'd love to start it, but I don't want to pay the $27 and find out that nuts comprise half the menu choices

Thank you!
Kristin

Hi all,
I am now on my second round. I did gain some back on the 3 days off but by day 2 it was gone again. As for the nuts, you don't have to eat them. You don't even have to choose them to be included in your menu but even if they are you don't have to eat them. Today for breakfast I am supposed to have cottage cheese and ham slices. I don't want the ham so I will eat only the cottage cheese. I'll keep you all posted. By the way, I feel good! I have energy and I don't know how to say it other than I feel good.

Petra

PS I am 46 years old and I am a veteran dieter. My doctor had me on diet pills at the age of 10 (the stupid things we did back then). This is a diet I find extremely easy to do and one that I could do for a long time. That is important when you have a lot of weight to lose.

Can you take one food from one meal and add it to another meal. Such as: Meal 1-scrambled eggs & cashews...Meal 2-Bacon and salad. Can I take the bacon from Meal two and put it in Meal one and take the cashews from Meal 1 and add it to Meal 2?
I haven't started yet because the Meal plans really look weird to me and I don't think I could stay with it.
I would like to email the site and talk to them but they have no way to contact them to talk to them. Can anyone help me with that?
I would really appreciate any information.

No you have to stick to the foods listed for that particular meal. You can't mix one food item from meal 1 with another food item from meal 3.

This is my fifth day on the diet. I have lost 4 pounds so far. I love milk in my coffee so that has been the hardest thing. Today I broke down and added a little milk. Other than that the diet is good. Your food choices are very restricted so family events are difficult.

I tried the idiot proof diet and I found that it was high protein, not enough veggies and fruit, which I craved. I did not lose one pound after 11 days. Once you have paid there is not guarantee that it will work. You could eat four times a day and I found i was hungry. I weigh 140 lbs and was looking to lose a little. This does not work.

i just bought the idiot proof diet and what i've seen here gives me hope. i'd actually started pttingmoney away for liposuction. i figured, hey i can pay $27 now or $5000 later. anyway, if this works, then my bank account willbe pleased. i'll come back and report how i do. oh, and i'm actually happy to hear someone say negative things about the diet...nothing can be 100% and this convinces me that real people have tried it. wish me luck!

I've spent a great deal of time on line, looking at every last page of the idiot proof site and reading all these posts. The thing that bothers me is that no one claims credit for this seemingly successful diet. I teach safe and effective internet use in a public school. One of the MAIN points I teach is to determine the reliability of a site by looking for the 5 W's: who wote it; where does it come from (a university, health association, etc); when was it last updated; what is the domain of the site; and why did the author bother? None of these questions are answered, yet the replies are mostly positive.
Does this bother anyone but me??

Can anyone tell me how I get to pay only $27.00 for this diet. I have only seen it advertised at $39.00 but I have seen a few people mention they paid $27.00. Money is a little tight for me right now so any savings will be a good thing.

Thanks in advance.

I lost 80 lbs in three months. I followed the diet strictly (STRICTLY) and the lbs just fell right off. I've reached my goal and have followed the maintenance diet and have been successful in keeping the weight off. Spend the $27.00 and get the diet. You can't even buy a bad diet book for that price. It is certainly not a scam.
