i shaved the base of my penis (with a razor stupidly) a couple days ago and now little red dots have appeared. they arnt bumpy like pimples and havnt been itchy. what could this be?

probably ingrown hairs. or just a simple shavers rash. whenever you shave, there is stuff at the drug store, usually with the hair removers and such for shavers rash and to stop the bumps from appearing. try that .. best of luck!!!
