having a bm after hemorrhoidectomy

I had hemorrhoidectomy and complications with surgery, so I had to be restitched 1 week after. 3 weeks have past since then and I still have horrible pain while I am passing the stool, eating food that softens the stool, but anyhow still pain. . The worse part is the soreness and bleeding when I have a bm. I really thought by now I would be fully recovered. It's really depressing me. I anyone hear whit this kind of experience?

4 months have passed since my surgery and I am no longer in pain and I have bm without fear.
I was in similar position as you are now and also had to be restitched. I also remember the pain, but do not worry, you are in your healing process. Soon, everything will be over!!!
