having blood on my stool.

im femal at 21 of age, I had a strip of blood on my stool, then its gone.,after 3 weeks, I saw blood on my stool again, a lot of red blood everytime I poop, that was straight 4 days..after that I poop again but there was no blood but my stool turns into black..What thus it mean?Is this serious?Should I see a doctor?
