Yes as i said all my life i would have very irregular periods ,like i would have a period then not have another one for 2-3 years. i went to gy they said nothing was wrong . Well for years it has been like that. Well now i am 31 and since june of 2005 i have a regular period everymonth an it is new to me cause of breast soreness an all the symptoms that come with are all new to me, but my question is now i am having double periods. this month i had my period and it ended, but 2 days later i started to bleed again. sould i be concerned or is this my body just doing this for all the years that was missed, could i be pregnant. Please help thank u
Hi! Is this the first time that the double bleeding has happened or you’ve experienced it before. I honestly don’t think it is normal and that something’s wrong with your hormones obviously.
What kind of tests did you have years ago when doctors told you everything was normal?
I don’t think that your body is making up for the lost because every period is a period for itself i.e. it is linked to only one ovulation. You may bleed a little bit before or after your period but a whole new period after just a few days is not ok.
Considering it’s been almost a year since your regular periods started, I wouldn’t contribute this 2nd bleeding to normal irregularities that are common with girls who just start with their periods.
I reckon you should see a doc and try to determine what it is about.
I believe you could get pregnant considering you are ovulating and having your periods but I don’t think you are pregnant now considering you are had your period.
