Serial killer is persecuting me or I am falling in waterfall. Things like this and many others become part of my dreams, almost every night. So, I wonder, are these nightmares parts of my menopause or something else. Should I do something about having nightmares? I am also curious if this is happening to other women? Am I alone in this?

Having nightmares is commonly related to lots of stress that person is experiencing, daily. But, since you are in menopause, it is possible that nightmares can be partly related to it. How? Woman in menopause is more sensitive than she used to be. If stress level is the same, as it was before, your defense forces are no longer able to protect you. That is why you are having nightmares often. Maybe some kind of help, like medications or support group, can help you deal with this.
