having pain after anal sex

Hello SteadyHealth Members,

I have had anal sex with my boyfriend for the second time again after a year.We used a lot of water based lubricants..he was gentle and smooth,and cleaned before the anal sex.I did not have problem with it during the situation.
The problem started just afterwards.
I think I have not emptied the bowel before the anal sex.So I had to go to the toilett after the situation..

At night I could not sleep because continously I had the feeling that i had to defecate...i could but just a very little..I also had pain trying to do it..and i had some blood on the toilett paper..
i took a pain killer..i had pain on my abdominal..

today I feel rather better..
but still when i try to defecate it is painful..and it is not like before having anal sex...

though i dont have abdominal pain today..thanks god..

do you think that should i see a doctor about it?
what kind of doctor i have to see for this problem?

I am very shy about it,I dont know how to tell it to the doctor that this happened after anal-sex..

the pain is not like a glass or knife..as i read on the internet..
it is more like a discomfort..to tight muscles..as if it got tired of it..

I dont know..

please recommend me something..

what should i do ?

its common to have abdominal pain and hard to defacate after anal sex. bleedings ok but you should go to the doctor just to be sure. don't be shy your doctor delt with this stuff before and as soon as you leave his/her office she'll forget all about you. good luck
