| Can you please help me with some imformation on not being able to ejeculate during sex . Wether it is physical or psychological ? I try my hardest to ejeculate but nothing happens , and my wife gets very upset and it causes further problems. |

Most commonly the problem is psychological. It may be due to your strict upbringing or it could have something to do with being controlled either by your parents or your wife and the ability to let it go. This may be one of the possible causes. When you are trying too hard to ejaculate, you are thinking too much about it and the success will fall out.
If you are on any sorts of medications, especially those used for depression, this could be your problem as these drugs often influence sexual performance including erection, premature ejaculation or ejaculatory dysfunction.
If you have ever suffered from spine injury, you may want to see a neurologist and see if your problem lies in there.
However, if you do certain psychological issues, they are most likely to be the cause of your troubles. Think through them and if you need someone to talk to about them and you can’t do it with your wife, you could get some counseling and see if it helps. Good luck! |

| THIS IS NEW TO ME. I'M 43YRS OLD, HIV+ BEEN FOR 9YRS BEEN TAKING MEDS FOR THAT LONG. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I CAN'T GET OFF. EVEN WHEN MASTURBATING. I TOLD DR,HE GAVE ME VIAGRA I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEMS WITH AN ERECTION I JUST CAN'T BUST A NUT I.M VERY FRUSTRATED IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO? PLEASE HELP MY LIFE PARTNER THINKS IT'S HIM |
