Hi, I have problems that I have to solve and I need some advices. I am having problems with my spine. I am 22 years old and I think it is little premature to have problems with the backs. I have pain in my backs for some time. Isn't it something which can happen when you are old, or when you heart your spine?

Well, today when people do not move much, and we have tendency to sit all day, in front of TV or computer it is not uncommon to have those problems in earlier age. It can be because of the bad posture. Also you must know that the pin in the back can occur regardless of your spine status. Anyway you must visit doctor because if it last for some time then it is serious and it can complicate.
