Hello. I am a guy who is 16 years old and I am allergic to pollen. It always happens in the same time of year and I don't know what to do. Problem is even bigger because my hay fever isn't mild. I often have headaches, and don't feel well because of the pollen in the air. Can you help me out somehow?
Well, you can remain indoors, or protect your face when going out. Regular mouth washing, good hygiene are my best recommendation for you. You have to humidify the room to help clean the allergens out of the air. It would be wise not to clothes outdoors. That is about all I can think of.
