hello im 16 and my foreskind does not pull back very far and i dont no what to do plus there is a cord from skin to the head is this normal? im woried if i have sex it will tear please help me

Ok, I doubt it will tear if you are having sex. Skin is very very hard to break in sex. Everyone's foreskin will not pull back very far, this is just the way the body developes that determins how far the skin will pull back.
