headache, swallowing pain, cough up slime, tired

Those are the main symptoms.. Any idea what this could be?
And it's not so much a headache as movning my head back and forth hurts. And often there's this kind of pressure in it.
Using any of my muscles is like they're all sore..
The slime I cough up has a greenish tint.
And I'm exhausted...

Sounds like it could be a serious sinus infection.
