Hi all...if u have severe headache after masturbation...try these:
Try to limit masturbation and do it only if necessary (ex..if the prostate congestion increases) and not for just fun.
Use a pillow (i.e masturbate on the bed), this will reduce headache much more....In normal masturbation by using hands u directly stimulate the most anterior part of the penis which is rich in nerves, in some people this causes hypertension, palpitation and headache..
