I think you should visit a doctor or neurologist and get head CT and MRI. Maybe it is connected to
muscle tension… This is very hard to solve on internet and I can just guess what is wrong with you. There are also some good tips on easing headaches, like putting cold and warm towels on neck and forehead. Also avoid
sunlight and light. Try to get some rest in a dark, not to warm room after work. Get some exercise while not feeling a headache, this is also good for easing it.
