i am 19 years old , and have constant pressure on my head , it feels like my brain is swelling and is going to explode . I get at least 6 heavy nosebleeds a day and am starting to pass out , whats wrong with me ?

I can't tell you what's wrong with you except that this is serious and I suggest you see the doctor immediately.
