i am suffering from headache .i have pain all time in my head..some time the headache increases very much .during that time i cannot eat anything as there is always a feeling of vomitting accompained by shivering.

doctors advised that as such there is no treatment but whenever the pain ocurs they advised me to have painkillers like ibuprofen etc
my this problem is creating loads of difficulties in my daily routine life.i find it very hard to concentrate and being a student of engineering it gets difficult..
kindly help me out
