headaches, facial pain, nasseua, pain in my legs

I have graves disease, But after treating the problem and now being stable I am having all of these other symtoms. The headaches are Migranes followed by pain all over my head, I feel like I am going to pass out, I also get these hives all over my body from time to time... I have seen so many Dr's no-one can give me any advice.... Oh they have given me Nasonex don't ask me why it did'nt help any advice on what I should do next
