Can anyone help me?
i am 8 weeks pregnant and suffering from really bad head aches and tiredness to the point of almost passing out and my temp sores to the touch.
My BP and Blood sugar are all fine, but its getting to the point where i dont think i can handle it anymore, i cant even do my job proper.
just wondering if there is anything thats safe to take that will relieve some if not all of this.
