headaches and weight loss

for the past month i have had severe headaches with drastic weight loss due to nausia and not being able to eat. i've had an mri,ct everything came back ok. i've lost nearly 40 pounds in 4 weeks the headache will not go away.

I would also like to know some opinions on this problem. My mother has been losing weight, with loss of appetite, nausea, headaches with severe pain in the teamples where the arteries swell up. This has been going on for 2-3 months now, with steady low grade fever.
