Hi there! A few months ago I entered a menopausal period. Lately I started having these severe headaches in the middle of the day with no stress related. Are headaches one of the menopause’s symptoms or could it be something else as well?
Hello! Yes, headaches are one of the common menopause symptoms. Beside headaches, other symptoms you may experience are menstrual disorder, low blood sugar, weight gain, sex drive decrease, etc. Unfortunately, headaches can be caused by numbers of other reasons…so it would be best if you went to the doctor and ask for advice there!!!!
