A friend of mine asked me for a favor. He wants me to help him and his friends to form a healing circle. His sister is not feeling good. She lives in South America so it has to be a distant healing. Can someone tell me something about these healing circles? What should I expect?

It involves a ritual with chanting, dancing and singing. After that energy is channeled through the leader of the ritual to the person for whom the energy has been released. After the ritual it is good to eat something or to drink a glace of wine. That is because you can experience lightheaded-ness. I had tried these two years ago and it was OK.
