Hi, I am 26 years old female and I have got sunburns two days ago. Weather was really great, hot wind was blowing and I slept on the beach. When I wake up my skin was so irritated and burned that I didn't know what to do. Is there some good advice for these sunburns?
There are many recipes for sunburns, but I hope you know how bad sun is today. You may use aloe gel which is great for sunburns and is good antiseptic too. Also apple cider vinegar is great for healing sunburns. You may make lemon juice from 3 lemons squeezed into 3 glasses of water and apply it with sponge on your skin. Ice, cold shower and aspirin are also good for sunburns.
