Hello, I know something about this, so I will be happy to help you. One of the best herbs is Maca, the legendary hormone balancer. Maca encourages your hormone glands to produce needed hormones. It is much better than some hormone therapies, first of all because it is natural, and it is more effective too. Also you can use horny goat weed and Tongkat Ali, but I think that Maca is the best herb.
