heart beats fast cant breath right dizzy cant see

my little sister is 12.i found her on the floor gasping for air.she said she was having a hard time breathing and her heart was beating fast.she also said she couldnt see and she was dizzy.this only lasted for a few seconds except her heart continued to beat fast for about 10 minutes.this has happend in the past .

Has she been checked over by a doctor? I would just to make sure there is no underlying cause. If all is ok it sounds a bit like a panic attack?? But dont take my word for it take her to see a doctor
