I felt occasionally brief irregular heart beats, but I haven’t paid much attention. Then my heart arrhythmia symptoms started to happen more often. I was stressed at home and office all the time. So I am more worried now and I don’t know is it enough just to start with self care or I have to go and do some ECG.

Arrhythmia can be blamed for many heart diseases. I take care of myself in a following way: eating heart-healthy food, quit smoking, cut back on caffeine and alcohol. But if your doctor thinks that is necessary you should go and do ECG. Considering the fact that you have been under stress you should do some heart monitoring tests.
